Mediation Place - Alternative Dispute Resolution

Fee Schedule

Nine hundred and fifty dollars ($950) per day per party.
Five hundred dollars ($500) per half day per party.
Fees for mediation of multi-party, complex litigation will be determined by Mr. Henslee after review of a summary by telephone, fax or e-mail.
All fees are payable prior to the mediation or ADR session.
Cancellations with less than two days notice are subject to a charge of two hundred dollars ($200) for full day mediations and one hundred dollars ($100) for half day mediations.
Reasonable travel expenses will be charged for mediation outside of Austin.
