DONALD G. HENSLEE
|
Mr. Henslee's thirty-five year career has been devoted to the appropriate resolution
of civil disputes through litigation, mediation and
negotiation. His training, experience and education are as follows:

Experience
Mr. Henslee is a founding partner of Henslee, Fowler, Hepworth
& Schwartz, LLP, a 42 attorney firm with offices in Austin, Dallas, Houston, Fort Worth and San Antonio. His practice involves litigation of serious
and complex matters in state and federal court. That practice includes representation
of both plaintiffs and defendants.
Service
Mr. Henslee is a frequent public speaker, and has provided
continuing legal education on mediation and other topics to attorneys and
other professionals both statewide and nationally. He has assisted the states
of Texas and Idaho by serving as an administrative law judge in a federally
funded program for handicapped children, and has served his community as
a volunteer municipal judge and as a volunteer pro-bono mediator.
Licenses
Mr. Henslee is licensed to practice law in Texas and Washington.
He is qualified as a mediator in most states and Canada. He is licensed
to practice law in the United States District Courts in the Western District
of Texas, The U. S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the Supreme
Court of the United States.
