Real estate matters are among the issues that can most successfully be resolved through mediation.  These issues include, among others:

It is quite a list, isn’t it?  These transactions are complicated and involve significant amounts of money and interaction between several parties.  Usually, conflicts that arise are resolved in the normal course of the sale and closing process. 

Occasionally, however, conflicts arise that just do not work themselves out.  Tempers can flare and positions harden.  People may start calling their lawyers, and a law suit begins to look likely.
